Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–10 business days
• United States: 5–14 business days
• International: 2–6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Packaging

Comic books are shipped with protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit. We take care to ensure books arrive safely and securely.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped, when available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Long Box Silver's Comics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
